Forum: general Subject: Feedback about the site

The site is looking pretty good. I especially like the forums and search features.

Some general feedback about the overall design: The Archive has reached the point where it is usable enough that you don't have to say what it is anymore. In other words, if the site is usable enough, you don't have to explain it... people will get it. And here's the irony -- right now, the site explains itself so much that usability suffers, thereby necessitating the explanations.

My recommendation? Focus on usability and navigation. Remove all taglines and explanations. Put all links of secondary importance (FAQs, Terms, Contact, etc) at the footer.

Keep it up. You folks are rockin'!
